This policy applies to all services purchased from The Spire Media, a trading name of Techware Technologies FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, UAE — Registration No. 0000004080821). We sell digital marketing services only; no physical goods are sold, so no shipping or product-return process applies.
1. Project-Based Services
- Before work begins: if you cancel after payment but before we have started work, you are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-recoverable payment-processing fees.
- After work has begun: if you cancel mid-project, we will refund the unused portion of your payment, calculated against the work completed and deliverables already provided up to the cancellation date.
- After delivery: completed and delivered work (such as published content, completed audits, or implemented optimizations) is non-refundable.
2. Monthly / Recurring Services
- You may cancel a monthly service at any time by giving notice in writing (email is sufficient) at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to services already paid for through the end of that period.
- Charges for billing periods already underway are non-refundable, as work for that period has been scheduled and resourced.
3. How to Cancel

- State the service you wish to cancel.
- We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 business days, including any refund amount due.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at official@thespiremedia.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request.
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and give you a decision within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Billing Errors & Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or twice, contact us first at official@thespiremedia.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Verified billing errors are refunded in full, promptly. We respond to all billing disputes within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.
6. What Is Not Refundable
- Completed and delivered work, as described above.
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (such as paid directory listings, press-release distribution fees, or advertising spend), which are passed through at cost.
- Dissatisfaction with third-party platform outcomes (such as ranking positions or review-platform decisions) where the agreed services were performed as described. As explained in our Terms & Conditions, specific rankings and traffic outcomes cannot be guaranteed by any provider.
7. Service Issues
If any deliverable does not match what was agreed in writing, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge. If we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time, you will be offered a partial or full refund for that deliverable.
