Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services purchased from The Spire Media, a trading name of Techware Technologies FZ-LLC (Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority, UAE — Registration No. 0000004080821). We sell digital marketing services only; no physical goods are sold, so no shipping or product-return process applies.

3. How to Cancel

  1. Email official@thespiremedia.com from the email address associated with your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 643 2645.
  2. State the service you wish to cancel.
  3. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 2 business days, including any refund amount due.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at official@thespiremedia.com with your invoice number and the reason for the request.
  2. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and give you a decision within 7 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Billing Errors & Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or twice, contact us first at official@thespiremedia.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Verified billing errors are refunded in full, promptly. We respond to all billing disputes within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 7 business days.

If any deliverable does not match what was agreed in writing, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge. If we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time, you will be offered a partial or full refund for that deliverable.
